Our classes are open to everyone over the age of 6 and your first session is free, so there's no excuse: come and try it! Summer photo competition🌞🌞

Get a picture of yourself doing something karate related over the summer holidays.

Best photo wins a prize, which will be awarded in class mid September.

1 photo submission per club member. Try to be as imaginative as possible!

Entries to be submitted by 6th September. Either print off and bring to class or email, Facebook message, Whatsapp etc.

☀️ Weather update: we are still open! ☀️

Please keep the heat in mind today (set to be 25-26°) - we advise t-shirts, no gi tops please. Shorts are also fine if you'd prefer them to gi trousers.

Please bring water with you; you can refill when needed, as always.

It will be a low intensity class this morning, focusing on technique only!
