What an amazing night at Club One Fitness Fife last night for the fitness frenzy 🥵🥵 6 hours of back 2 back classes it was so amazing. Massive well done to all my ladies who showed up and put in the hard work this week at classes. This is what makes all the hard work worth while to see you all improve week after week, even on the days "your just not feeling it" you still show up and give it all you have.

So so so proud of all you ladies today coming out in that heat to Club One Fitness Fife my amazing PT clients put in amazing effort this morning Angela A Haxton Anne Marie Mclean you both smashed it.
And wow ladies what a brilliant turn out to our new class CLUB SWEAT 🥵🥵 it was definitely true to its name. You all put in 100% effort I'm so excited to see the progression over the next 6 weeks ❤️❤️❤️
And club strong ladies only 1 more week left and u all amaze me with how much stronger you all are 💪💪💪
