The gym was saddened to hear about the passing of one of our members last weekend.

Dougie hadn't trained in a while but when he was in the gym he was absolute joy and great guy to have in the gym.

Always smiling and joking and getting fully involved.

Condolences to all his family and friends.

Junior class tonight at 6pm to 7pm

Mixed level classes at 7pm

Junior Muay Thai classes on Tuesday and Thursdays at 6pm to 7pm

Sparathon this Sunday locally in Thornton, good opportunity to spar and improve against guys from other gyms.
