There has been some class cancellations tonight outwith the clubs control. As always Mr Armours classes are open to all existing ICON Students! Feel free to come along and train with us, there is numerous events coming up soon and every session counts!

Leven class is on tonight as always!
As the schools head back this week, now is the perfect time to get everyone back into healthy routines and smashing their goals.
We've got plenty of competitions ahead, and every class helps build confidence, fitness, technique, and champion mindset.
We can't wait to see our Leven champions on the mats tonight! 😁

It is quite hot tonight, so feel free to wear shorts and a shirt, but make sure you bring your belts!

The Northern Cup is North-East Scotland’s premier ITF Taekwon-Do competition - NEW for 2026.
The event is open to schools from all federations and associations.

Apologies everyone but the Balmaise class will be cancelled tonight. Recently found out the hall is closed today due to holidays. Please pass this along to anyone who might not see it.

No need for Doboks tonight folks, it's a scorcher and the hall will be hot.
Light T shirts and shorts are recommended.

Schools out for summer!
The Balmaise class will be on throughout the summer holidays at our regular times!
We still have plenty of spaces across our classes so existing members can train at the Balmaise class as part of your regular membership if your usual class is closed/cancelled.
For tonight, we expect to see full Doboks and belts!

ICON TAEKWON-DO SPARRING CAMP with Mr Fisher
We are running this event as follows. Please bring your own sparring equipment of you have it, however we will have spare equipment for those that dont.

6:30-8:30pm at Auchmuty High School, Glenrothes
For students aged 8 years and over
Free to all ICON members, students from ALL our clubs should attend if they can.
Dress code is dobok bottoms and a T-shirt
