We have .roaming.ram and joining us plus Avas bakes serving your favourite sweet treats.

Athletes please check your inbox as emails have been sent, please do any team name changes before Wednesday evening and we would be really grateful if you can no longer attend give us a heads up.

We love seeing our members getting involved in challenges and sporting events outside the gym, pushing themselves and trying new things.
