WHAT A WAY TO OPEN THE LEAGUE!

Sileby Town Women get their league campaign off to a flying start with a fantastic 41–5 victory! A brilliant team performance from start to finish, with seven tries shared across the team:

A special mention to our two debutants, Lydia (who scored a try on debut) and Lily, who both pulled on the Sileby shirt for the first time today. What a way to make your debut!

A huge well done to everyone who pulled on the Sileby shirt today. Plenty of hard work, teamwork and Viking spirit on show!

🔥 THE FIRST ONE! 🐺🏉

History made.

Saturday saw the S.H.E. Wolves take to the pitch for their first-ever Midlands East Ladies T1 League match — and here’s the moment Sileby’s Ruby scored the very first S.H.E. Wolves try! 💚🖤

A brilliant team move, a great break and Ruby finishes it off to get the Wolves on the scoreboard. 🔥

First game. First try. One historic moment. 🐺

And with the match finishing 3–3 against Notts Casuals, it was a morning where rugby really was the winner. 🙌

What a way to start the S.H.E. Wolves journey!
