Swimming helps to improve coordination and balance. Because much of your baby’s body is supported by water, the main focus for them is on maintaining balance. On the whole, babies who swim have a much better balance out of the pool 💕 www.splashbabies.org

Splashbabies is running Drowning Prevention Week In support of the Royal Life Saving Society. We will be wearing pyjamas in the swimming pool all week from Saturday 13th June - Friday 19th June for a fun safety session.
