Linda Williams Academy of Performing Arts is one of the finest performing arts schools in the Midlands. Our principles are both Ex-Professionals who teach to an extremely high standard due to their performing background and with their vast knowledge of the Performing Arts, pupils are already one step ahead! Classes are available in RAD Ballet, ISTD Tap & Modern, Jazz, Street Dance, Gymnastics, Acrobatic Arts, Theatre Craft, Singing, Acting and Musical Theatre.

A few weeks ago, our Lower School were treated to a special performance from some of our amazing Performance Team, showcasing a few of the routines they performed at our most recent competition. 💙✨
Moments like these are such a lovely reminder of the family feel within our dance school. Our Performance Team are fantastic role models, and it was wonderful for our younger dancers to see what can be achieved through hard work, dedication and a love of dance.
Watching our older dancers encourage and inspire the younger ones is one of the things we love most about our dance family. And hearing one little voice say, “Oh my goodness, that was so cool!” at the end made it all the more special! 💙

What a fabulous last day we’ve had before our summer break! 💙
A huge special well done to our incredible Performance Team, who are heading off to the O2 in London tomorrow for a very exciting trip! They’ve worked so hard all day perfecting their routines, and we couldn’t be prouder. We can’t wait to see them sparkle on stage tomorrow!!!✨
Thank you to all of our amazing students and families for another fantastic term. We hope you all have a wonderful, relaxing summer break filled with fun, sunshine, and lots of happy memories. ☀️🌸

Our older dancers loved spending time helping with our Mini Performance Team on Monday, and the feeling was definitely mutual! These special moments show exactly what Team LWA is all about - friendship, support, and one big dance family. ✨

What an incredible set of results from our latest IDTA examination session! We are beyond proud to announce that every single student achieved a DISTINCTION, continuing the exceptionally high standards that our dancers consistently produce. 💙

How lucky are we? 💙✨
It was wonderful to welcome LWA alumni Sophie back into the studio on Tuesday to inspire our Advanced Class dancers with her incredible journey as a professional performer aboard some of the world’s leading cruise ships.
Sophie is about to embark on yet another exciting cruise contract, and we couldn’t be prouder of everything she has achieved. Moments like these remind us just how special the Team LWA family is - watching former students return to share their experiences, knowledge, and passion with the next generation is something we truly treasure.
Thank you, Sophie, for taking the time to inspire our dancers and show them what is possible with hard work, dedication, and belief in themselves. We are so proud of you and can’t wait to follow your next adventure at sea! 🚢✨💙

🧽🍍 Today officially marked the start of rehearsals for our October Theatre Company Musical, SpongeBob The Musical!
Our cast received their scripts today and we couldn’t be more excited to begin this underwater adventure together. 🌊✨
After just one rehearsal, we can already tell this is going to be something really special. The energy, enthusiasm and talent in the room was incredible, and we can’t wait to see this show come to life over the coming months.
Here’s to lots of laughs, hard work, friendship and plenty of Bikini Bottom fun! 💙⭐
