At Darcy Fitness we are qualified Children’s Fitness Instructor and during the holidays we are offering.
Family Fun exercise session train together as a family
Sibling or friend small group session- parents/carer can enjoy a coffee or herbal tea whilst they watch
Sports specific one to one strength and conditioning for your youth athlete
One to one training to help improve fitness and self esteem
Parents/carer to be present and we will offer you a drink whilst you watch unless your joining in
All sessions will come with a banana and fun award/mini goodie bag - age dependent
