⚽ TWO-TOUCH PASSING
Two-touch football gives me time to control the ball and still move it quickly.
Touch 1️⃣ — Control
I use my first touch to take the ball away from pressure and prepare my next action.
Touch 2️⃣ — Pass
I play the ball with the right weight and direction to my teammate.
To improve, I focus on:
✅ Scanning before receiving
✅ Taking a purposeful first touch
✅ Keeping my body open
✅ Passing accurately
✅ Moving again after the pass
The goal isn't just to take two touches. Both touches must have a purpose.
