It is a lovely morning, according to the weather forecast the heat wave is almost over for us, but it is still Mummy Bear Weather. Also the best morning as it is 5k Your Way Day!

Today is 5k Your Way Eve.

Come along and join us tomorrow morning at the June meet up of 5k Your Way, Move Against Cancer, our first one this year.

We will be:

🏃‍♀️🚶‍♂️running and walking around Victoria Park, as part of Leicester Victoria parkrun.

📣 cheering on our participants and volunteering to help out at parkrun

🧁 ☕️ getting together after our exercise to socialise over a hot drink and some cake.

Afterwards we head of to the Library Cafe for Coffee, Cake and Chat.

Based upon today’s weather and the forest for tomorrow morning it will be hot with light winds. So dress appropriately, bring some water with you and take it easy.
