Phase 2 for Kian the machine đ«Ą
If you want a great physique, you need the patience to go through phases.
For most people, it starts with a fat loss phase.
This phase is important because it creates the foundation for everything that comes next.
Youâll learn discipline, manage hunger, train with lower energy, and deal with the doubts that inevitably show up.
Most people donât fail because the plan doesnât work.
They fail because they react emotionally and struggle to stay consistent when progress slows down.
When the fat loss phase is complete, the fun doesnât start immediately.
First, we remove fatigue.
Calories are gradually increased, expenditure is reduced, and your body begins to recover. Energy returns, performance improves, recovery gets better, and your physique starts to look fuller and stronger.
A few weeks later, youâll feel stronger than you have in months.
Then the real fun begins.
Now youâre in a position to build quality muscle while staying relatively lean, instead of constantly bouncing between getting out of shape and trying to diet it off again.
Great physiques arenât built in one phase.
Theyâre built by mastering each phase and having the patience to see it through.
Most people never experience this because theyâre constantly jumping from plan to plan, chasing shortcuts, and second-guessing the process.
Thatâs why coaching exists.
Not to give you another meal plan, but to guide you through each phase at the right time, so every month builds on the last instead of starting over.

From craving chocolate to craving progress
This is Izabellaâs transformation over the past year
Sheâs always been into fitness and gym and just like me sheâs full of energy always so you know that also comes with chaos and craziness đ
This is exactly why she needed structure , proper planning , and someone keeping her accountable!

Last year I have singed up more clients than ever before and I still was very unhappy !
I became a PT because I love watching people change and transform their lifestyle
Watching other coaches create 12 weeks transformation pictures and photoshoot challenges made me feel like I have to do the same otherwise I will miss out ! This completely changed me as a coach and not in a positive way !
Donât get me wrong they can be very effective for some ppl whose been in a gym for years and need a little challenge but if you are beginner or just have a simple goal of losing some fat etc , trying to achieve that in 12 weeks and taking yourself to extremes will leave absolutely wrecked and hating fitness !
