A popular machine at @snsfitnessltd , and for good reason.

We all want to build an impressive chest.

So here are a few things to think about

1) Set up the machine to suit you. Too often I see guys working against the machine, letting it pull them in awkward positions, adjust the seat accordingly to make sure the cables are at a good height for you.

2) Make sure the cable is moving with you, not against you. Line it up so that your shoulders feel comfortable and so your chest gets a good workout.
Ni**le or mid-chest height works for most people.

3) Slow it right down and move with control. This will help you feel the exercise in the right places.

4) Finally - don’t force your shoulders too far back, your shoulders won’t like it and More of a stretch isn’t always better.

And thats the upright cable chest press for you.
P.S it’s not a row. So don’t try rowing it.

Cable fly tutorial coming soon.

Let us know if you find these useful! And what other exercises you need help with.

We will get that covered for you in future videos.

Oryt Team. Today we go through ‘How to perform the Hack squat’.

So a few points to run through
- We are targeting our upper thigh (quad) muscles and butt muscles with this one. (Not our hamstring despite many misconceptions)

- It is super important to nail your set-up. Make sure your feet are placed appropriately on the platform. Your HEELs shouldn’t come off the platform at any point. And shoulders locked in under the pad.

- How low should you go? As low as YOUR mobility allows. Ass to grass isn’t for everyone. Keep your back firm on the pad, too. Watch the video to see how you can test your Hip Mobility.

- Please don’t worry about inner quad or outer. Place your feet where you feel strong and comfortable.

- Final point. Add on weights that are challenging, but more importantly, you can control!

Enjoy the leg gains. What other tutorials do you want from us at S&S
