Our friendly local volunteers are here to support the wellbeing. Alongside Sue, our Pioneer Community Worker, they help create a safe, welcoming space where you can have a chat, feel heard, and find support if you need it.

They’re passionate about bringing people together, reducing stigma around mental wellbeing, and reminding everyone that no one has to face things alone ✨

And it’s not only about the difficult days — they’d love to hear your good news too! Whether it’s a little win, a happy moment, or something that’s made you smile 😊

You’ll spot them at our events wearing name tags, so please do come and say hello 👋🌱
