Truly humbled to have built this incredible Acro community where students, dancers, gymnasts and cheerleaders come together to make progress, share a passion, and find positivity in all things Acro.

Whether you attend term time group sessions, private lessons, intensive classes or have simply purchased an on demand class, I am truly thankful. Without the support of you all, the business wouldn't exist.

... and to my little family, thank you for everything! Tom and Barry, you are my reason. 🫶 Many of you will have met Tom, because he's always around helping wherever he's needed. From packing away, to cleaning, to assisting, to emotional support! And Barry... he just brings the vibes.

Congratulations to Aria on winning Acro student of the month for August. Here's why she was chosen... 👀

This August, Aria has shown so much positivity and incredible progress in her Acro Intensive sessions. Whilst initially very shy, Aria was brave, conquered her fears and left with her head held high. Additionally, Aria's passion for Acro and gymnastics shines through. Her ability to apply feedback allows her to develop new skills at an impressive rate for her age. On top of this, Aria has been working exceptionally hard on improving her flexibility, control, and power. This level of dedication has not gone unnoticed. Well done, superstar! Keep shining.
