🌹 We absolutely loved sharing our passion, creativity, and energy alongside other amazing community dance groups right in the heart of Leicester. It was fantastic to see so many talented performers coming together to celebrate dance and inspire others through movement.

Somewhere along the way, I lost myself.
In the pressure, the expectations, the overthinking, the constant need to keep going.

But dance never stopped holding me.
Even on the days I felt disconnected from who I was, music and movement became the place I could still feel something real.

Dance has seen every version of me — the confident one, the broken one, the exhausted one, the healing one. And somehow, through every step, I’ve started finding myself again.

Not perfectly. Not all at once.
But piece by piece.

That’s the beautiful thing about dance… it’s more than performance.
It’s therapy.
It’s release.
It’s rediscovery.

Sometimes you lose yourself just so you can come back stronger, softer, wiser, and more connected to who you truly are. ✨
