9:45am - Fitness for All (age 13+)

10:30am - Family Martial Arts (age 7+)

11:45am to 1:00pm - extended sparring session (like a mini seminar) free to anyone with correct sparring equipment.

New beginners spaces available in our Family (7 year to Adult) class.
