Holiday training ☀️💪🏼
Even if there’s a gym available while you’re away, don’t feel pressured to use it. Holidays are the perfect opportunity to relax, unwind and recharge both physically and mentally. The routine will still be there waiting for you when you get home.
Don’t feel guilty about spending the day by the pool, having an extra cocktail or making the most of the all inclusive buffet (which I definitely did 😅). You’ve worked hard in the lead up to this holiday, training consistently and dieting to feel your best.
A few days or even a couple of weeks away from your usual routine won’t undo all of your progress. Enjoy the break, make memories, and when you’re back home, you can get straight back into your routine and back to it.
You’ve earned this holiday… now enjoy every minute of it!

Josie’s Progress! 🙌🏼
Josie has been fantastic since day one. Goals were set in February, with the main objective being to get wedding ready by August. We are now months ahead of schedule, which gives us room to explore some new goals.
Potentially the busiest person I have ever met, but this was never going to be a barrier for her. She took on every single piece of advice I gave her, gave 100% in every 1-2-1 session, and made the right changes to get to where she is now.
I am incredibly proud of everything Josie has put into her fitness journey, and she fully deserves the results 😄💪🏼

Hi, I’m Chris, and I’ve been working as a personal trainer/coach for the last 12 years.
Over the years, I’ve worked with people from all different backgrounds, helping them achieve a wide range of goals, from fat loss and strength building, to improving confidence, fitness, and overall wellbeing.
Health and fitness has always been a huge part of my life, and it’s something I’m genuinely passionate about. For me, it’s not just about physical results, it’s about helping people feel better in themselves, build confidence, and create habits that actually last.
I know first hand how busy life can get. I’m a proud dad to my amazing daughter, while also balancing work, family life, and everything else that comes with it.

Seeing first hand the effort and time Lucy has put into her training, on top of everything else going on in her life, has been nothing short of inspiring. The fact that she managed to complete a marathon despite some pretty serious injuries, all while juggling the demands of being a doctor, is bloody mind blowing.
She’s shown incredible resilience, discipline, and determination every step of the way. Safe to say, I’ve officially lost the right to complain about sore legs after a gym session… so thanks for that 🫠🥲
