HSNCA and Assassins Muay Thai BBQ highlights

Today was all about bringing people together as HSNCA and Assassins Muay Thai shared a BBQ, good food and even better company. Different clubs, one shared passion for martial arts, respect and helping each other grow.

Days like this remind us that the strongest communities are built outside of training as much as they are on the mats. Thank you to everyone who came along, got involved and made it such a great afternoon.

What an incredible evening with Iman Barlow leading our Mothers & Daughters Muay Thai class.

We are so grateful to have one of the world’s best sharing her knowledge, experience and passion with everyone. It was an inspiring session and amazing to see so many mothers and daughters training together

We’re excited to announce that Iman will be teaching this class at the start of every month on Mondays from 18:00 to 19:00.

We can’t wait to see you all at the next session

We are excited and proud to announce Iman Barlow will be coming to the club Monday 6th July for our first mums and daughters muay thai session..

Imans success and accolades speak from themselves...

One of the most accomplished female Muay Thai fighters the UK has ever produced. A multiple-time World Champion, former Enfusion World Champion, Lion Fight World Champion, WBC Muay Thai Champion, IFMA World Champion, and World Games Gold Medallist, she has spent over two decades competing at the very highest level of the sport and inspiring women and girls around the world.

Not only is Iman an incredible athlete and role model, but she has also recently become a mother herself, making this a fantastic opportunity for mums and daughters to train together, build confidence, improve fitness, learn self-defence, and have fun in a supportive environment.

We are super excited to announce that we will be rejoined by Eugene Lawrence. Eugene used to coach for us some years ago and has gone on to fight at a very high level and build his own successful career. He will be working with our fight squad specifically alongside our current coaching team !

This will help us to elevate our fight squad and take us to the next level nationally 🙌🏾 🙏🏾
