At Go Little Footballers, we bring our award-winning football and early years development sessions directly into nurseries, giving children the opportunity to stay active, learn through play and develop important skills while having lots of fun.

Our sessions are designed around much more than kicking a football. Through engaging, age-appropriate activities, we help children develop:

Looking for a fun, friendly way for girls aged 5–11 to get involved in football?

Then Wildcats is the place to be!

Whether your daughter is picking up a football for the very first time, or simply wants to play football with other girls her own age, Wildcats is all about having fun, making friends and giving football a go.

Our sessions are delivered by FA-qualified coaches and include:

Award winners of Best Football & Sports Coaching Provider of the UK Enterprise Awards 2026 are launching the Go Football Coaching Development Centre for players U7–U11 and we want to know who would be interested.

This isn’t a football club.
We don’t run teams.
We don’t want players to leave their current clubs.

Quite the opposite.

We want to add another layer to their development alongside the football they already play.

Our UEFA-led sessions are designed for young players who want to get better, learn more and enjoy their football even more.

Every session combines:

⚽️ Technical practices
⚽️ Small-sided games
⚽️ Positive coaching interventions
⚽️ In-possession development
⚽️ Out-of-possession development
⚽️ Transitional phases of play

We proudly use the FA Practice Spectrum including

*Announced
*Unannounced
*Live game situations

The aim is simple…. give players more opportunities to practise, make decisions and play.

As our coaches use the FA Practice Spectrum to challenge players in different ways, helping them understand the game rather than simply repeating drills this is how we help their development.

And with over 28 years of coaching experience, we understand that every player is different.

⚽️ Some need confidence.
⚽️ Some need more technical repetition.
⚽️ Some need to improve their decision making.
⚽️ Some just need a different environment and a different voice.

And sometimes, that’s all it takes to help a player see the game differently.

🧤 GOALKEEPERS ARE WELCOME TOO!

Our goalkeeper development goes way beyond standing between the posts and having shots fired at you.

We work on:

🧤 Defending the area
🧤 Defending space
🧤 Positioning
🧤 Decision making
🧤 Playing around, through, into, onto and beyond
🧤 Understanding the goalkeeper’s role within the game

And yes… if a goalkeeper wants to spend some time outfield developing their football too, that’s part of being a better footballer.

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 AND FOR THE PARENTS…

We know grassroots football and player development.

We know how many coaches are also mum or dad.

You’re organising sessions, setting up equipment, coaching, managing games, answering messages…

Sometimes you just want to stand on the sideline and watch your child play.

That’s where we come in.

We’re not here to replace you, we’re here to add another layer to their development while giving you the chance to be a parent again.

No session planning.
No coaching.
No pressure.

Just sit back, watch them play and enjoy seeing them develop.

Hopefully, the only thing you need to say on the journey home is:

“I loved watching you at training tonight.”

That’s what we’re aiming for.

A big thank you the the coaching staff England Football Learning for a great day at St George’s Park for the Goalkeepers CPD Course. Great to stay connected and see some amazing coaching. The England Manager was in the building but we didn’t get to see him this time.

Always good to continue attend CPD courses to stay fresh and up to date with theory and practical. Thanks to the FA for the invite!
