We’ve heard every single one.
Too broke. Too busy. Too tired. Too far. Too much on my plate.
We get it. There’s always a reason not to show up.
But here’s the thing, you’ll find £5 for a coffee without thinking twice. You’ll find time to scroll for two hours straight. You’ll find energy for everything except the one thing that actually gives energy back.
It’s never really about what you can afford or how much time you have. It’s about what you’re choosing to prioritise.
Stop negotiating with yourself. Just show up.

A lot of people judge their training by how hard it feels, not by whether it’s actually taking them anywhere.
At LAX Fitness, nothing gets added to a session just to fill time or tick a box. Every push, pull, lift and run is chosen because it moves you toward something, whether that’s strength, fitness, resilience, or simply feeling better in your everyday life.
We’re not interested in what’s trending or what looks good on a phone screen. We’re interested in what works for the person in front of us.
That’s the difference purpose makes. You stop chasing new programmes every few weeks. You stop wondering if you’re doing “enough.” You start seeing progress you can actually feel.
