The future of girls’ football is looking bright! 💜

The U13s battled it out this morning in an in-house pre-season friendly.

Some excellent football on show from both teams, with plenty of quality throughout the game.

A great opportunity for the girls to get more minutes under their belts, build match fitness and continue working on the things we’ve been focusing on in training.

Lots of positives to take from the morning. Well done girls! 👏💜

Panthers 🐾⚽

The Panthers took on Ashby Knights today and what a great battle it was! 💪🔥

The girls edged out a 1-0 victory, with Amelia finding the back of the net with a fantastic goal! ⚽👏

It was a brilliant team effort from start to finish, showing great determination, teamwork and fight. A fantastic result and a great start for the Panthers so far! 💙🐾

🔥⚽ WHAT A DAY FOR THE GIRLS! ⚽🔥

Saturday we took the girls to the LCFC Training Ground to face an LCFC U11 team — and we knew from the start this was going to be a tough challenge

The first 20 minutes certainly proved that. The LCFC girls came out flying and gave us a brilliant first quarter, putting our girls under huge pressure.

But then… Frankie found the net with a stunning goal! 💥⚽

And what followed was nothing short of AMAZING! 🤩

The team play, strength, determination and togetherness from the girls was incredible. Frankie went on to grab another 4 goals, but every single one came with fantastic hard work from her teammates. 💪❤️

Then Layla got herself on the scoresheet with a fantastic goal to complete an incredible performance.

Huge credit to the LCFC girls, who played brilliantly and gave our girls an extremely tough challenge. Games like this are exactly what help our girls grow and develop. 👏
