Becoming a parent changes a lot, but it doesn’t mean your training has to stop.
The Strong Parent Project is the original strength training programme for parents at The Studio Collective.
It’s designed to give you a way back into structured training, without having to choose between looking after your baby and looking after yourself.
Your baby stays close by throughout the session, and your coach is there to support both your training and your baby when needed, so you can focus on moving well and building your strength again.
This isn’t a watered-down class. It’s properly coached strength training, adapted to where you’re at, in a small group environment where you’re supported from start to finish.
Membership options:
• 4 sessions per month — £59
• 8 sessions per month — £99
Spaces are limited to keep sessions small and coached to a high standard.
