☀️ Home Ed Social – Finishing the Summer Term with a Splash! ☀️

With the temperatures soaring, we made the most of the shade this morning, heading into the trees for a relaxed bushcraft session. Nature had plenty to offer too, with beautiful flowers, berries, and tiny fairy-inspired creations appearing as imaginations ran wild.

We even collected some fresh blackberries and started making our own delicious blackberry syrup – a lovely seasonal treat!

This afternoon... it's all about getting wet, wet, wet! 💦

We're ending the summer socials the best way we know how – out on the paddleboards and kayaks, cooling off, laughing together, and making the most of the sunshine before we take a break for the holidays.

🏕️ Adventure update! 🏕️
Everyone is safely back at the centre after a fantastic hike, where they rejoined the rest of the crew.
Next up is an exciting afternoon of rifles, ATPF, and a sunset adventure! 🌅 There's plenty more fun, challenge, and teamwork still to come, and the smiles say it all.
What an unforgettable 24 hours they're having—new adventures, new skills, and memories to last a lifetime! 💙

The camp is over, and we're delighted to say we all survived our 24-hour adventure! 😄
From rifles and sunset paddles to teamwork, laughter, and plenty of unforgettable moments, it's been an incredible experience for everyone involved. New friendships have grown, confidence has blossomed, and we've made memories that will stay with us for years to come.

Our Home Ed group has arrived safely at Beacon Hill and the excitement is already in full swing!
After settling in, they've headed straight off on their map quest, ready to put their navigation skills to the test. There are lots of smiles, plenty of enthusiasm, and they're all looking forward to an amazing 24 hours of adventure, teamwork, and new experiences.

Our Home Ed children are taking on a sponsored walk around Beacon Hill before beginning their exciting 24 hours with LOPC!

Our young people will be setting off on a brave quest to Beacon Hill, where they hope to meet the ranger before making their way back to camp at LOPC for a full evening of fun, adventure, and exciting activities.
This challenge will test their determination, teamwork, and adventurous spirit, and we'd love your support! Every sponsorship helps encourage our young explorers as they take on this incredible journey.
