We offer both kids and adults classes in a friendly, relaxed atmosphere. You can choose either traditional Chinese Kung Fu, Kickboxing, or if you're feeling energetic, both!! You will learn various kicking, punching and striking techniques, self defence, and sparring techniques, weapons training (for high grade Kung Fu), and much more! Our friendly, fully qualified, first aid trained, and DBS (CRB) checked instructors are Lau Gar trained to a high standard by Bob Parkinson of Stoke Kung Fu and Kickboxing, who holds a 4th degree black belt in both Lau Gar Kung Fu and Kickboxing. Super proud moment. Massive congratulations to Willow on passing her 1st degree black sash grading in Kung Fu 💪🏼💪🏼
She passed with flying side kick colours. 97%.
This is an outstanding result and a fantastic achievement for Willow. Bob Parkinson who trained myself and is Chief Instructor at Stoke Kung-Fu and Kickboxing was very impressed and said one of the best he has had the pleasure of grading!
She has worked very hard to achieve this and deserves nothing but praise!
Willow is a credit to Leek Kung Fu and Kickboxing!
