This week's goes to Restorative Pilates with taught by Jo! The class is run by the My Breast Cancer Support Group, and is open to breast cancer patients, friends & family members and NHS staff! Join them weekly on Thursdays 6:20-7:20pm! 🙌🏻

👋🏻 Meet Helen 👋🏻

Meet our for the month of June, Helen! Helen was nominated by .mae and attends her weekly AfroFusion class! As someone who has been attending classes here at the studio for the past two years, we asked Helen for her top tip for those looking to start a class, and she had some great advice for any newbies! 🙌🏻

"Be brave and give it a go! Even if you don't know anyone else there, people are so friendly. Everyone just wants to enjoy themselves and no one cares if you get it wrong all the time!

Don't expect to be an expert in the first class, over time it gets easier to remember the moves and occasionally I might manage some of the routine now!"

🎭 Musical Theatre Bootcamp 🎭

Super exciting workshop coming up this summer! We're hosting our first Musical Theatre Bootcamp Workshop here on Sunday 5th July 10:30-1pm, giving our fabulous dancers the opportunity to pair their dance skills with some vocals with the fantastic Jenna from .co.uk and choreography by our Musical Theatre teacher 🙌🏻

This workshop will be open level, no previous singing or dance experience necessary and we will be putting together a Grease Mash Up, so feel free to dig out those pink ladies and T-bird jackets, ready to put on a show! 🥳

10:30-11:30am / Learning the songs with Jenna
11:45-12:45pm / Learning the choreography with Jess
12:45-1pm / Putting the two together
