Hi, I’m Natalie!
I’ve been a personal trainer for over 3.5 years, after leaving my full-time role in education where I supported children with SEMH and SEN needs.
My journey into fitness wasn’t just a career change, it was personal. I’ve lost over 50kg, and what started as weight loss has evolved into a journey of self-love, confidence, and growth and a career.
Training has shaped me into who I am today. I’ve experienced both ends of the spectrum from being overweight to becoming severely underweight, so I truly understand the struggles that come with it.
I’m a hybrid trainer and I love anything fitness-related, from strength training to running to wakeboarding!
I specialise in fat loss and performance coaching, helping women build strength, confidence, and a body they feel proud of.

Hi! I’m Tam, a Personal Trainer here at Jetts ☺️
I support men and women in growing muscle, building strength and improved health. I help you simplify and prioritise your training, nutrition and key habits so you can remain consistent and enjoy the process of becoming a healthier version of you!
I’ve been a PT for 3 years and have been training myself for over a decade, so I come with a wealth of knowledge on all things weightlifting and I’m excited to share this with you!
I’m qualified Step instructor and will be bringing my Step classes to Jetts - you can take a peek at the vibe of the class on .mystepper. These will be weekly on Thursdays @ 6pm with only 10 spaces available so be sure to get there quick!
