A few weeks ago we put on a powerlifting competition for novice lifters and lifters returning to competition.
The goal was to introduce our clients to the wonderful world of powerlifting in a safe, judgement free environment.
Congratulations to every lifter who stepped up to the challenge! You all did a fantastic job on your lifts.
We are running another novice powerlifting competition in November for anyone who wants to give it a go! (More details coming soon) 👀
