🌈 Pride Month may be coming to an end, but for us, inclusion isn't something that's only important in June. It's something we believe should simply be part of everyday life.

Whether you're one of our team, one of our delegates or one of the businesses we work with, we feel strongly that everyone should feel welcome and able to be themselves.

We're incredibly proud to work in an industry that's full of talented people from all walks of life and we know that different experiences and perspectives only make our community stronger.

Pride Month gives us all an opportunity to celebrate and recognise the LGBTQ+ community, but it's also a reminder that inclusion isn't something we focus on for just one month of the year. It's something that's important to us every day.

Let's keep making our industry a place where everyone feels they belong. 🌈

Women have been shaping engineering for generations, from pioneering innovators such as Hedy Lamarr and Margaret Hamilton, to all the talented professionals working across the electronics industry today.

Here at The Electronics Group, we're proud to have passionate women helping to develop the next generation of electronics professionals.

Claire, one of our Master IPC Trainers, has been part of the team for more than five years, delivering training, sharing her knowledge and helping delegates build the skills and confidence they need to succeed in the industry.

Today we're celebrating Claire and all the women who continue to make a difference across engineering and electronics manufacturing.

Not every fault can be found with the naked eye. Especially when you're dealing with things like hidden solder joints, BGAs, QFNs or multilayer PCBs. Visual inspection can only get you so far.

Our X-ray inspection service allows you to see inside your assemblies without damaging them.

Whether you're investigating a production issue or checking the quality of a prototype, our X-ray inspection can provide the answers.

Here's what you can expect:

✔ Non-destructive inspection
✔ High-resolution imaging
✔ Detailed IPC-compliant reporting available
✔ Suitable for prototypes, production batches and fault investigation
✔ Done for you inspection or full training on the use of our machine
✔ Quick turnaround times
✔ Anything can be inspected as long as it will fit inside the machine

If you've never used X-ray inspection before and aren't sure whether it's right for you, send us a sample and we'll provide a FREE X-ray image so you can see exactly what the technology can reveal.
