We’ve enjoyed being out in the fresh air today and keeping our hands busy , painting, making little characters and jewellery using elder and digging, scouping and pouring!

The children rustled up some campfire donuts at after school club, slicing, spreading and rolling their sticky jam and covering in cinnamon sugar! Perfect treats to end a day at school!

This weeks Forrest school club at Kippax North the children accepted the challenge of creating birds nests to help protect them from predators and they thought very carefully about where to put them and how to keep them safe by camouflaging the nest! MISSION ACCOMPLISHED Guys, well done, Not a single egg was broken! 🐦 🪺 🥚 🌳

Our Wednesday home Ed children are definitely becoming our weekly chefs. They are hugely interested in cooking over the fire and preparing food together. This week it’s been a chocolate orange kinda week.
