As a Women’s Health Physiotherapist, I support women through every stage of life, from pregnancy and postnatal recovery to menopause and beyond.
I help women manage pregnancy-related musculoskeletal pain and prepare for birth with education, movement, and practical strategies. Following birth, I offer comprehensive postnatal assessments, including pelvic floor checks, return-to-exercise guidance, and C-section scar management.
I also specialise in pelvic health conditions, helping women overcome bladder symptoms such as stress urinary incontinence, urgency, and overactive bladder, as well as bowel concerns including constipation and faecal incontinence.
In addition, I provide assessment and conservative management for pelvic organ prolapse, empowering women to return to the activities they enjoy with confidence and improved quality of life.
I also offer clinical 1:1 Pilates sessions tailored to your individual needs. These sessions are designed to support rehabilitation, improve strength, mobility and body awareness, and help you safely return to exercise and everyday activities. Clinical Pilates can be particularly beneficial during pregnancy, postnatal recovery, and for managing pelvic health concerns.

This person originally presented with pain in the right hip. When someone comes to us with hip pain, we don’t just assess the hip.
In this video, notice how the right heel swings inwards during the calf raise and how she struggles to maintain a neutral mid-foot position during her heel raises and bridge exercises. That movement tells us there’s more going on than simply “a sore hip.” It’s a clue that we need to look deeper at the whole movement chain.
As physiotherapists, we assess the whole picture—not just where the pain is.
We look at what’s happening above and below the painful area, analysing movement, strength, control and biomechanics to identify the underlying cause rather than simply treating the symptoms.
Because if we only focus on the hip, we risk missing the reason the hip became painful in the first place.
Our goal is to restore efficient movement throughout the entire kinetic chain, helping you move better, recover properly and reduce the risk of the problem returning.
Pain is where the body asks for help. It isn’t always where the problem starts.
