✨ MEET MORAG ✨
Morag is a self-confessed rest enthusiast and yoga teacher specialising in the slow, introspective practices of Restorative and Yin yoga. She creates soft yet powerful spaces where students are welcomed exactly as they are.
Her yoga journey began in 2009 when she first attended a class looking for stress relief. Unsurprisingly, it was savasana that kept her coming back. In early 2025, Morag completed Yoga Kula’s 300hr Teacher Training and now teaches with a warm, grounded energy and depth of understanding.
With a background as a nurse, Morag brings unique skill to her classes - guiding students into their nervous system’s “rest and digest” state, offering a much-needed pause in today’s busy world. Her soothing voice and thoughtful approach are consistently highlighted by her students.
Teaching from an inclusive, body-positive perspective, Morag encourages autonomy, empowering each student to explore yoga in a way that truly serves them. She believes yoga is a powerful tool for nervous system regulation, self-acceptance and the transformative power of deep rest.
✨ Experience Morag’s calming and restorative teaching at Yoga Kula.

✨ "It's the best course of any sort I have ever done."
There's something special about learning with a teacher whose wisdom comes not only from study, but from decades of lived experience.
Last year, Sudhir's Yoga Nidra teachings left a lasting impression on the Yoga Kula community. The feedback we received was overwhelming, and ever since, we've been asked one question:
"When is Sudhir coming back?"
This August, we're delighted to welcome him back to Yoga Kula for two immersive courses:
🧘 Pranayama: The Art of Yogic Breathing (last few spaces!)
📅 21-23 August
🌙 Unlock the Power of Yoga Nidra (back by popular demand)
📅 28-30 August
If you've been curious about exploring the deeper dimensions of yoga, we'd love to welcome you.
Swipe through to hear what last year's students had to say.
Early Bird pricing is available until 31st July.
