Training times:
Tuesday: 5.30-6.20pm aged 4-11
6.30-7.30pm aged 12+ Those aged under 12 who are experienced, 7th Kyu upwards, can do the latter session if they wish. Wednesday: 5.30-6.20pm aged 4-11
6.30-7.30pm aged 12+ Those aged under 12 who are experienced, 7th Kyu upwards, can do the latter session if they wish. Thursday: 6.30-7.30pm Kumite all ages. Saturday (Term time only): 11.00am-12.00pm Kata all ages.
