Mr E and Mr C worked beautifully together last week in class despite the crazy heat we experienced!

Their attitude and effort was amazing and they both earned a very well deserved sticker at the end of class 👊

For kids, it teaches balance, control, focus and confidence.

Before they learn to move fast or strike hard, they need to learn how to stand strong, protect themselves and stay ready.

Miss H joined our Ninja Tots Class last year with her older sister at just 3 years old! ⭐️

Miss may be little, but her positive attitude, determination and confidence have been amazing to watch.

She comes into class ready to learn, gives everything her best effort, and always brings such lovely energy to the mats.
It has been brilliant seeing her grow in confidence, improve her listening skills, and develop her martial arts step by step.

We are very proud to announce that all of our Leeds East students, Mr A, Mr G, and Master P smashed their 1st and 3rd Degree Blackbelt tests last weekend! 🥋🏆

The tests were long, hot and extremely strenuous mentally and physically. You did yourselves and your instructors proud.
All of your hard work, effort and determination has paid off!

We very much look forward to presenting those shiny new belts today, and to watching you continue your AEGIS martial arts journey as Blackbelts.
