OTE Fuelled Victory!
of took the win at the Tour of the Reservoir after attacking her long-time breakaway companions late in the race and crossing the line solo.
Kate fuelled using a mix of Super Carbs, Super Gels and Chews to fuel this win with 85g of carbs per hour.
Joined by 2 of her OTE fuelled team mates in the breakaway who finished 5th and 6th respectively to secure the team award also.

Gralloch Ultra 322km, 11hr35mins and over 5000m of elevation.
This is what it took to take the win at the inaugural Gralloch Ultra. Taking in the tough yet stunning Scottish gravel.
Damien’s fuelling plan saw him take on board a whopping 114g of carbs per hour for over 11 hours! An impressive feat that requires months of training both the gut and legs.
