A topic I’m really passionate about🙌🏻
💬A little while ago, I had the opportunity to deliver a talk at a Sozo Clinic , focusing on some of the key things that become increasingly important as we move through perimenopause and menopause. From strength training and muscle mass to protein intake, bone health and overall wellbeing.
🤷🏻♀️There is so much information (and misinformation) around menopause, so I wanted to create something simple, practical and evidence-informed that women can come back to.
✨I’ve shared the presentation here for anyone who might find it useful.

The “unsexy” supplements that are actually worth paying attention to & are staples in my daily routine!
Vitamin D ☀️ & creatine 💪🏼
They might not be the most exciting supplements, but both have strong evidence behind them and can play an important role in women’s health. From bone health and muscle function to strength and supporting healthy ageing.
I’ve shared a little more about why they’re worth considering, what the research says and how to take them in my latest article.

I love it when Ori comes to visit. 🤍
I first met him when he was just 6 weeks old… and now his favourite spot is the gym. Swipe to see how much he’s grown. 🥹
Creating a safe space where babies are always welcome and mums can prioritise themselves without worrying about childcare has always been important to me.
Every mum deserves to be a priority. 💫

Exercise during pregnancy isn’t just safe for most women, it’s incredibly beneficial for both mum 🤰🏻 and baby 👶🏻
UK guidelines recommend aiming for around 150 minutes of moderate-intensity exercise per week, plus muscle strengthening exercise on 2 days 🏋️♀️
Even if you weren’t active before pregnancy, you can start small and build up gradually, even a short walk counts 🚶♀️
Think:
✨ Walking
✨ Swimming
✨ Strength training
✨ Prenatal yoga or Pilates
Keep it simple:
💧 Stay hydrated
🌡️ Avoid overheating
🧠 Aim to feel comfortably challenged, you should still be able to talk & maintain a conversation
If you’re unsure where to start or want to train safely, working with a qualified prenatal coach can help you feel confident and supported throughout pregnancy.
