You’re not paying me for a programme. You’re paying for what happens when life gets in the way.

I could sell workout programmes.

Create a PDF. Take the payment. Send the download.

But that’s not what changes people’s lives.

Most people already know what to do. They don’t need another plan, they need support when work gets busy, motivation disappears, routines fall apart, or life throws them off course.

That’s where coaching matters.

A programme tells you what to do.

A coach helps you figure out what to do when you can’t do the plan.

Because your results aren’t built on perfect weeks. They’re built on what happens after the missed workout, the stressful day, or the week that didn’t go to plan.

Yes, you’ll get a personalised programme.

But you’ll also get accountability, guidance, someone to adapt the plan when life changes, and someone who’s in your corner until these habits become your lifestyle, not just another phase.

My goal has never been to help you complete a programme.

It’s to help you become the person who no longer has to keep starting over.

👇 Have you ever downloaded a workout plan that you never actually followed?

My clients seem to think I’m this endlessly confident human.

The reality?

I’m usually the person who’s most shocked when I actually manage something.

Every time I learn a new skill, my brain is already preparing for all the reasons it won’t work. Then somehow… it does.

Not perfectly.
Not first time.
But better than I expected.

It’s a good reminder that we’re often terrible judges of our own potential.

If I listened to the version of me that was convinced I couldn’t do backwards rolls, I’d still be standing on the mat talking myself out of it.

Progress has a funny way of proving your inner critic wrong.

Things you never realised you wanted to see… me actually posting my own training. Consider this your yearly occurrence. 😂💪

Usually I’m behind the camera, hyping up everyone else, so here’s some rare footage of me doing the thing I spend all day helping other people do.

Enjoy it while it lasts 👀

“I’ve never had a consultation like this before.”

It’s something I hear a lot.

A great coaching experience isn’t about handing someone a spreadsheet and hoping they stick to it.

It’s about understanding the person sitting in front of you physically and mentally.

Before I prescribe anything, I want to understand:
• Your goals.
• Your lifestyle.
• Your schedule.
• Your stress.
• Your relationship with food.
• Your training history.
• What’s stopped you succeeding in the past.

Only then do we create a plan.

And not just what you’re doing, but how, when, and why you’re doing it, so you leave with complete clarity instead of overwhelm.

Anyone can tell you to eat more protein.

Anyone can download a programme from the internet.

The difference is having a coach who can take all of the moving parts of your life and create a strategy that’s realistic, sustainable, and built specifically for you.

Because results don’t come from information alone.

They come from having a plan you actually have the confidence to follow.

Programming is a commodity. Coaching is the skill.

If this starts off looking slightly unhinged… just trust the process. 🔪😂

This Snickers protein cake was worth every dramatic knife flourish (and yes… the aggressive stabbing later on was entirely necessary).

Soft, chocolatey, packed with protein, and tastes way more indulgent than the macros suggest.

Save this one for when you’re craving something sweet but still want to hit your protein goals.

🍫 PROTEIN SNICKERS CAKE 🥜

230 calories | 27g protein | 19g carbs | 6g fat (per serving)

This tastes just like a chilled Snickers dessert… but packed with protein. 🤤

Perfect when you’re craving something sweet without blowing your calories.

Save this recipe, you’ll definitely be making it again!

* 1 egg
* 18g cocoa powder
* 250g 0% Greek yoghurt
