We are very pleased to announce that after several years of busy Ladies' Self Defence Seminars, AEGIS Martial Arts are hosting FOUR seminars this October!

Seminars are running at:
Leeds North AEGIS Martial Arts Academy (Fri 9th 6-7.30pm)
Leeds East AEGIS Martial Arts Academy (Thurs 29th 7-8.30pm)
Leeds West AEGIS Martial Arts Academy (Fri 16th 6-7.30pm)
and of course, here at AEGIS Leeds South (Sat 10th 1.30-3pm)

Open to ANY teen and adult ladies in Leeds. You don't need to be a member; these seminars are designed to help anyone feel more comfortable and confident setting boundaries & develop awareness of how to keep themselves and the other women in their lives safe.

No technical moves, no 10-step system you'll never remember. Just simple, realistic methods of controlling situations and feeling more empowered in everyday life.
