Back to basics does not mean basic: we are busy, September is a new start for lots of families with schools and nurseries starting new terms, the nights draw in and we change our habits as the seasons change. Let’s slow down and connect together.

⭐️5 weeks to learn, practise and enjoy baby massage, while making space for you too.

🌿MASSAGE
Learn simple techniques you can confidently use at home. Each wee we repeat and add on a body part to build up to a full body massage to be used long into childhood.

♥️CONNECTION
Enjoy uninterrupted time together without the distractions of everyday life. There’s nothing else you need to do in that moment it’s just you and your baby.

🧘‍♀️YOU
A calm, supportive space where you’re not just “baby’s mum” — you’re cared for too. Meet other parents, share experiences and enjoy the company. As the nights draw in and the weather may make it harder to get out making your mat/pat leave friends now will get you through!

So today myself and few friends wanted to go play somewhere with coffee, that was on one floor and not over priced and we struggled so instead we got out the soft play & toys at the studio 🙈 Perks of the job right? 🙈🤣
But this gave me an idea…what if we got some of the tables and chairs in here too and we do co-working sessions? Think unlimited tea/coffee a space for your toddlers to play and you get on with some work?!

Would this be something people would be interested in 👀 if so what would be your ideal day?!
