I am man on a mission at the moment!
Not just with my training, but in all aspects of life!!
Training, business, clients, travel, self-improvment!
Everything is flying at the moment!

My mind is in a great place.....
This is the key to my new progress!
Get the mind right & the body will always follow....

I literally feel like this week cannot get any better.....

Life-Maxing........

Everything is absolutelv flying at the moment!
This past couple of months everything has clicked firlmly into place & I'm feeling the best I've felt in years!

Training is flying business is flying & I'm feeling as strong as an ox at the moment!
I think overall I'm the strongest I've ever been in my life at the moment!

Second deadlift session of the year & I thought I'd see where my strength was at!
290kg absolutely flew up.........
300kg+ coming very soon.........
Way more in the tank!!

7 plates a side is the goal by the end of the year!!

My body & mind feel so fu***ng good at the moment!!

Training out of the UK's no'1 gym 💪

7 weeks to go till I take on the HUGE challenge of climbing Japans highest mountain, Mount Fuji, in my next charity event to raise funds for the amazing@suerydercharity 💙

And for those on here who are not familiar with why I am so passionate about my charity work for them, here's a promo video I did for them a couple of years ago to give a bit of insight!

This is my way of giving back for the amazing job they did in looking after my late Gem in the final weeks & months of her life, the care they gave her & myself was just amazing.
I will continue with my work raising funds for Sue Ryder for the rest of my life.

As the sun rises on the 6 year anniversary of when Gem died on the 22nd of July, myself & Gems best friend will be up at the summit of Mount Fuji sipping on a glass of fizz in her memory! ❤️
