🏏 WHAT A DAY FOR OUR U9s! 🏏

An unbelievable day for our Greenlane CC U9s, who proudly represented the club at the Adil Rashid Cricket Festival! 💚💛

There was some fantastic cricket on show throughout the day from all the teams involved, with plenty of batting, bowling, fielding and, most importantly, lots of smiles! 👏🏏

A real highlight for our youngsters was getting the opportunity to meet Adil Rashid himself — a brilliant experience and one we’re sure they’ll remember for a long time! 🌟

A massive thank you to the adilrashidcricketcentre and everyone involved in organising and hosting such a fantastic festival. Giving young cricketers opportunities and experiences like today is what junior cricket is all about. 👏

We’re incredibly proud of all our U9s for the way they represented Greenlane CC both on and off the pitch. 💚💛

🏏 WEEKEND RESULTS GREENLANE CC 💚💛

A strong weekend for the Lane with two wins from three! 👏🔥

✅ 1st XI – Won by 3 wickets
✅ 2nd XI – Won by 40 runs
❌ 3rd XI – Lost by 59 runs

A brilliant effort from the 1st XI, getting over the line by 3 wickets, while the 2nd XI produced a great performance to secure a 40-run victory. 💪🏏

Unfortunately, it wasn’t to be for the 3rd XI, but plenty of positives to take and we go again! 👏

Massive thank you to everyone who represented the club and to everyone who came along to support our sides. 💚💛
