A huge thank you to Ellie and little V, who stepped in to cover Monday’s BBB class so I could get my son safely onto the coach for his school residential trip. ❤️
Ellie absolutely smashed the multitasking, running the session while keeping a close eye on a little girl who clearly just wanted to be wherever her mama was! 😂
I made it back for the last part of class and it was lovely to see some familiar faces, welcome some new ones, and enjoy a few baby cuddles before we finished.
This is exactly what BBB is all about – supporting each other and making it work, whatever family life throws our way. 💕💪

These two were determined not to miss out on the workout! 💪❤️
One of the things I love most about BBB is that our children get to see healthy habits in action.
They’re watching their grown-ups move their bodies, get stronger, work hard and have fun doing it.
We often worry about what we tell our children, but what we show them can have an even bigger impact.
Every squat, lift and lunge is teaching them that exercise is a normal, positive part of everyday life.
Not bad for a morning at class!

New venue, same vibes… just BIGGER, BETTER and even more fun 🔥
Yesterday’s class at Carr Manor Community Hub did not disappoint!! So much space to move, a lovely soft floor for the little ones… and as you can see, the babies were well and truly part of the workout 💪👶
