Wow what an incredible weekend! I think I’m leaving the retreat feeling as inspired as these amazing open minded teachers.
My annual teacher retreat is a space where I nurture & support a small group of teachers. I spend the year listening to the needs & desires of all the teachers I teach & create the experience that answers their needs & questions.
The consensus this weekend was that I opened up a new perspective & a pathway forward. Different for each individual teacher & this shared theme.
Everyone left with an attitude like Nike ish! Let’s say they are all going to just do it! Pilates that is & so much more.
Remember what made YOU fall in love with Pilates & get on your mat or Reformer or whatever it is & do Pilates. That’s all! Pilates!

Prolapse taught me something I wasn’t expecting. 🌿
Not just about my body — although yes, that too.
It taught me to slow down. To stop pushing through. To ask what my body actually needs, instead of what I can make it do.
It taught me that the pelvic floor isn’t just a set of muscles to squeeze. It’s a whole system — connected to your breath, your posture, your nervous system, your life.
And it taught me that rest is not giving up. Sometimes, rest IS the work.
