Big studios aren’t for everyone.
Big studios are brilliant for some people.
But if you’ve ever walked into a class feeling intimidated…
and wondered if everyone else knows what they’re doing…
You might feel more at home here.
We keep every class small because we believe movement feels better when there’s space to breathe, ask questions and simply be yourself.
Small enough to feel seen.
Big enough to feel inspired.
As always, any question pop us a message.
Or head here.

One of the biggest things we hear is
“I’d love to come... but I’m not flexible enough.”
The truth is, that’s a bit like saying you’re not fit enough to join a gym.
Yoga helps you become more flexible, stronger and more mobile over time.
There’s classes for all abilities of strength, mobility and flexibility and every teacher is fantastic at adjusting a move or a class to help everyone in the studio
We’ll always help you find options that work for your body.
If you’ve been thinking about trying a class, this might be your sign.
Book your first class via the link in our bio.

Sometimes the best part of your day isn’t the workout.
It’s the hour where nobody needs anything from you.
No emails.
No rushing.
No decisions.
Just time to move, breathe and remember what it feels like to feel like yourself again.
Whether you come for Pilates, yoga, meditation or simply a moment of calm, there’s a space for you.
If you’ve been meaning to come back, or have been thinking about trying your first class, we’d love to welcome you.

Most people don’t need a complete lifestyle overhaul.
They need one class.
Then another.
Then another.
Three classes a week can make a remarkable difference.
A Pilates class to build strength.
A Hatha or Vinyasa class to move and breathe.
A Yin class or Meditation session to slow everything down.
Small actions repeated consistently tend to create bigger shifts than occasional bursts of motivation.
But we also know life is life.
Work. Family. Holidays. Padel. Reformer. Endless things competing for your time.
If once a week is what works right now, that’s great too.
The important thing is starting somewhere.

What could change if you gave yourself three hours a week?
Not three extra hours of productivity.
Not three extra hours catching up.
Just three hours dedicated to your wellbeing.
Perhaps that’s Pilates to build strength.
Perhaps it’s Yoga to move, breathe and reset.
Perhaps it’s Meditation, Yin or Stretch & Flow to create a little more space in your week.
Or all three depending on the day or week…
Our introductory offer gives new clients 30 days unlimited classes for £45.
Prefer to start smaller? We also offer 3 classes for £24.
We’d love to welcome you to the studio.

We often hear about nervous system regulation.
Less often do we hear about nervous system strength.
One helps us recover.
One helps us build capacity.
Neither is better than the other.
The real skill is learning what you need and when you need it.
Which do you need more of today?

One of the lovely things about a studio space is that everyone arrives needing something different.
A strong class.
A stretch.
A reset.
A quiet hour.
And somehow all of that gets to exist in the same room.
