Client came today for regular maintenance on his legs having fixed a knee issue previous and likes to keep up with seeing me often.

He explained that he had pain on the outside of the right knee which wasn’t too serious, but could feel it was different to everywhere else.

We targeted that area and this was the result, straight away the tight fascia came through. This was clearly restricted in this area and the leg was not moving or taking load as it should be, hence the slight increase in pain compared to other areas.

Your body will tell you where the issue is, you just have to get the right person to find it!
