Just some snippets of my story so farā¦
Feeling very reflective, proud and inspired after 18 months of studying the link between Yoga and stress.
Sharing this with the world is my dharma, if youāve played any small role in that, or for those Iām yet to meetā¦ thank you.
The more Iām indoctrinated into the word of CrossFit, the more I see so many parallels between it and Yoga š¤

Animal healing š®š§”
An afternoon on a farm spent cow cuddling, hen feeding, lamb spotting, goat kissing and dog fussing.
My cup hasnāt felt especially full for a little while, but today itās pretty much overflowing. Would recommend š§”š®
