Trust the process. Easy to say. Hard to do.
It’s a skill that takes practice. Everyone wants immediate reward, but we know with any goal, a sustainable outcome takes time and the right process to get you there.
Where most struggle is the gap between doing the work and seeing the results. A fluctuation makes you think you’ve gone backwards. A plateau makes you think it’s stopped working. And you panic.
But your body changes in a trend, not a straight line - water, hormones, stress, all showing up in the numbers along the way. All normal.
The people who reach their goals had the same panic, the same fluctuations. They just kept showing up on the days the numbers tried to convince them otherwise.

The lower you cut your calories, the faster the wheels come off. Hunger goes up, energy goes down, and “just get through this week” becomes the whole plan.
Structure > extremes.
DM “STRUCTURE” to see what this would look like for you.

July?! Being catapulted through 2026 💨
It’s a busy old year isn’t it?
I’m a big advocate for having a life whilst looking after your health and fitness. You can do both, it’s give and take. The balance isn’t always equal - but you gotta enjoy the process otherwise what’s the point 🌍
Not sure at what point you get the knack for remembering to document everything…

Life is busy. It’s hard to do it all.
But if exercise and nutrition are things you want to prioritise, they need planning - especially if they’re not already part of your routine.
There are weeks that get thrown off completely just because there wasn’t a bit of structure in place from the start.
Comment BUSY and I’ll send you my exact template for planning a busy week.

Jo came to me stuck and frustrated. Putting in the effort for change but couldn’t quite get the ex*****on.
Jo was already going to the gym. Felt like she was hardly eating. Couldn’t see or feel any change.
12 weeks of online coaching later, she’s got the result we set out for at the start:
- 7.6kg body fat lost
- Visible muscle definition
- Knowledge on how to fuel properly
- Healthier ahead of her knee operation in November
- Improved confidence
The plan was built around Jo’s life: business owner, busy social calendar, which included both her daughters’ big birthdays during these 12 weeks. She enjoyed all of it. No guilt. No “I’ll start again on Monday.” Just adjusted and carried on.
That’s the bit people miss. This wasn’t 12 weeks of restriction. It was 12 weeks of learning how to do this for good.
Train. Fuel. Live. Progress.
Very proud of Jo for this one ✨

Building muscle doesn’t happen by accident.
I’m naturally the string bean sorta physique, so getting to the point on the right needed structure and intention.
If you’re sporadic and guessing your way through - it won’t happen.
Training with purpose. Fuelling properly.
That’s it. That’s the whole secret.
