Introducing a 4 week pole silks course starting on Friday 18th September at 1.30pm.

Want to give it a try first? Book a taster session on Friday 11th September.

For those who cannot make daytime classes we’ve added a 2 hour workshop on Friday 25th September | 6.30-8.30pm

Pole Silks combines both pole and silks apparatus. Expect a mix of static poses, Spinny elements, transitions and movement.
The course and workshop will also include choreography so you have chance to put all the moves you have learnt together.

Ran by instructors qualified to teach children. Your child will learn in a safe, supportive and encouraging environment.

Looking for something fun, active and different for the summer holidays? Join us for our exciting aerial and acro classes suitable for ages 6-16yrs and complete beginners, plus some due parents to get involved in, too!
