Intro to Pro Wrestling Seminar- Full Force Wrestling Barracks, Redditch

Step into the ring and experience what it really feels like to train like a Pro Wrestler. Our 3-hour Introduction to Pro Wrestling Seminar at The Full Force Wrestling Barracks in Redditch is designed for absolute beginners who've always wanted to give Wrestling a go without committing to a full membership.

You'll learn the essential building blocks of safe, effective Pro Wrestling:

Rolls - Forward, backward and shoulder rolls to build confidence and body control.

Breakfall Bumps - The core skill every Wrestler needs to protect themselves in the Ring.

Basic Wrestling holds - Foundational techniques used in matches around the World.

What you can expect?
Across Three action packed hours, our coaches will guide you through each movement step-by-step, making sure you're learning safely, correctly, and at your own pace.
No previous experience needed.

What to wear?
Please dress like how you would in the Gym, Loose clothing that is easy to move in, Please make sure you have clean footwear.

Head Coach Rob Wrestles under the Ring Name Joey Scott and has 18 Years of experience Wrestling in Ten different countries including the USA, As the founder of FFW, Rob started promoting in 2015 and opened the FFW Barracks Training school in 2020 in Leamington Spa before now moving to Redditch, Rob is dedicated to helping you kick-start your Wrestling journey.

Assistant Coach Josh who Wrestles under the Ring Name Jason Joshua brings 9 years of experience after having done every role in FFW Bringing versatility to the team. as one of the ordinal students of the FFW Barracks he now helps lead classes guiding and shaping the future stars of FFW.

This is a standalone session with no sign-up, no contract, and no pressure to continue should you decide its not for you.
