The lovely Scarlett Davison Clark is joining our team with a Saturday morning yoga class!

Starting from July 18th 9-10am, she will be bringing a strength and flexibility building yoga flow to the studio 💪

Exciting news!! Starting in the new year we are doing a beginner pole class on a Wednesday 5:25pm - 6:25pm. This is perfect for anyone who has never done pole before and wants to try it out 💜
